My first loves are building brand & creative strategies from the ground up, but I also lead digital creative direction, write copy, and create organic content + social media strategies that have taken brands from start-ups to household names.

Despite always being picked last in gym class, I’ve lead and developed content strategies for multiple brands in the health & wellness space--most recently as Director of Social for GHOST®, the world’s first lifestyle sports nutrition brand. Before that, I lead content strategy for a fitness app and a supplement + skincare brand that focused on women’s wellness. Additionally, I’ve organically grown a following of over 25k for my personal lifestyle brand which focuses on food, home decor, and style.
Currently, I’m leading creative, content development, and brand strategies for multiple clients in both the D2C and B2B spaces as VP of Creative at Bisig Impact Group in Louisville, KY.
