Despite always being picked last in gym class, I’ve lead and developed ​content strategies for multiple brands in the health & wellness space--​most recently as Director of Social for GHOST®, the world’s first lifestyle ​sports nutrition brand. Before that, I lead content strategy for a fitness ​app and a supplement + skincare brand that focused on women’s ​wellness. Additionally, I’ve organically grown a following of over 25k for ​my personal lifestyle brand which focuses on food, home decor, and ​style.


Currently, I’m leading creative, content development, and brand ​strategies for multiple clients in both the D2C and B2B spaces as VP of ​Creative at Bisig Impact Group in Louisville, KY.

Secure A Can Refresh for GHOST® ENERGY


Who doesn’t love to be the first to get their hands on something new? Secure A Can is a way for ​energy drink enthusiasts to be the very first to try a new flavor of GHOST® ENERGY. Inspired by ​SNKRS App Raffles, anyone can download the GHOST® App and enter the Secure A Can raffle for ​free by simply entering their name and email address. If they’re a lucky winner, they’ll receive a can of ​the newest flavor over a month before it hits shelves!


THE PLAN

  • Provide creative direction that would be on brand and increase organic social media engagement, ​email subscribers, app downloads, and hype for the brand
  • Develop and execute a process for digital asset acquisition
  • Generate a strategy for organic social that would grow the overall audience reach while also re-​engaging current audience members to keep them excited about the brand


THE RESULTS

  • Overhauled organic social strategy to create a plan that was on brand and effective
  • Created a blueprint for future Secure a Can campaigns and locked in a cohesive, on-brand look & ​feel for digital assets
  • Reimagined digital creative direction to still look & feel like GHOST®, but make it on point for a ​modern social media strategy
  • Increased organic social engagement from 1% to 12%
  • Increased app downloads by 400% from previous Secure A Can campaigns

Make some room in the closet, because your ride or die supp & energy drink brand just launched their ​first cut-and-sew apparel line. Inspired by that feeling of cruising along the coast with your windows ​down, salt air, golden hour, and the spirit of an endless summer, “SUMMER ’23” includes a collection ​of GHOST® graphic tees, double-lined mesh shorts, embroidered “INSPO” tees, rope hats, and our ​first-ever denim trucker jacket.


THE PLAN

  • Provide digital creative direction that would be on brand for this new extension of GHOST®
  • Develop and execute a process for asset acquisition and creative project management for this new ​extension of GHOST®
  • Generate both a launch strategy & evergreen strategy for organic content that would grow the ​audience for this new brand spin-off while also getting current audience members excited to get ​their hands on a new product line


THE RESULTS

  • Launched GHOST® Lifestyle Apparel in the US, UK, and ANZ
  • Generated over 1.2 Million organic impressions on social media from the “SUMMER ‘23” ​campaign
  • Created and implemented a project scope & process for digital asset creation (photo, video, and ​graphics) for GHOST® Lifestyle Apparel
